Privacy notice

When you request a quote we collect your name, phone number, email, ZIP code, deck details and any photos you attach. We use them to prepare your quote, contact you about it and, if you hire us, to plan and warranty the work.

We don't sell or share your details with anyone except the people who help deliver your project, such as our installers and, if you add lighting or heaters, our electrician.

Your request is delivered to our business inbox (Google Workspace) by email through Resend, with a short copy sent to our team's private Telegram chat so we can reply quickly. You get a confirmation email with your reference number. We don't store requests or photos on the website itself.
